Taj Mahal






















The Taj Mahal was built by a Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. This 32 million rupee palace was built entirely by white marble. It is decorated with precious jems- jasper and agate.

Its history.
People are captivated/touched by its history, where the emperor loved his wife so much he wanted to built a palace for her. Thus, the Taj Mahal is considered an icon of love. One of the many types of tourists who visit it are lover/couples.

Its beauty.
The white marble, jems, scripture and such make it an an architectural beauty.It is also said that the scene at dawn and sunset is astounding.
